Purchase-Sale of Properties

  • We conduct searches for liens and debts before signing the deed.
  • We prepare Purchase, Deposit, or Reservation Contracts.
  • We coordinate with all parties and the notary for the signing process.
  • We accompany you to the notary and provide deed translation via Power of Attorney, if needed.
  • We handle tax payments and file documentation with the corresponding tax office.
  • We manage title changes and set up direct debit for utility contracts.

NIE

The Foreign Identification Number (NIE) is an identification number for non-residents in Spain. Any foreigner planning to carry out the activities or transactions mentioned above in Spain will need this number.

If you plan to stay in Spain for more than 183 days a year, you will need to apply for Spanish residency. Whether you are European or non-European, I will help you obtain your Residency or Visa as an expert lawyer.
